Players may not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with their bank or payment provider for any deposit made to 4639club. Any Player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter referred for debt recovery proceedings where applicable.

Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. 4639club will take reasonable technical steps to prevent a self-excluded Player from accessing their Account. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 4639club's liability for death or personal injury caused by 4639club's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
4639club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; Account inactivity; or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination for breach, 4639club may confiscate any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than Player breach, the Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Continued use of the 4639club platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
